Sometimes on rainy days you just need to sit and eat cupcakes and make some stuff.
And that is exactly what I've been doing today (chocolate pumpkin cupcakes, just in case you were wondering;)
Sometimes when I'm window shopping I get real jealous of the window designers and so I decided to do a little window display of my own. because, well, why the heck not?
To make you some window feathers of your own all you need is...
Hole puncher (preferably the one hole kind)
Scissors
Paper (I used double sided scrapbook paper and pages from a beaten up book)
Yarn in whatever colors you prefer!
Fold your paper in half and cut out a half-feather type shape
open up feather, and punch hole at the top!
Fold back in half and cut slits all the way down the "feather"
Fish yarn through the hole you punched and tie!
Then just tape them up!
Easy peasy pumpkin squeezy, right?
well, I'm not sure about the last part... but definetely easy!

Awesome idea Josie :)
