This little skirt found me in the thrift store the other day (and yes, I did say that it found me) and for a whole dollar fifty... well, I couldn't deny it. And of course, this shirt is just my all-time favorite. It finds its way onto my person at least once a week, if not more.
And on the subject of my shoes - I know some of you out there are saying "what is wrong with you... those don't match!" Well, years ago when I had to go to an office on a regular basis or those other days I had old ladies who constantly told me that my shoes didn't match my belt or whatever, I might have thought twice. But I hate matchy-matchy. I really do. Give me a strange patchwork of an outfit over some perfectly matched first lady outfit. Plus, I love them.
I know... I'm strange. it's okay.

i loooove this. i also hate matchy matchy outfits. sometimes it can be cute, in a school girl way, but normally, nawww.
