Nautical Stripes and Straw Hats

I've been wearing this hat so much lately that I think it's offically made it onto my summer must-have's list. I actually almost didn't buy it because I am notorious for buying hats and then never wearing them. They usually just sit in my closet and look pretty. But when I came across this fella in the men's section of H&M this spring I couldn't help myself. And thankfully H&M's accessories are pretty cheap so I didn't feel like it would be the end of the world if I only wore it a couple of times.

But, as you can see, it's getting plenty of wear.

We spent all day yesterday at the Devon Horse Show and it was way too much fun!
If you live or are around the Philly area this week you should absolutely try to go out, but maybe for those who can't, I'll try to post a few pictures tomorrow ;)

My favorite part is the necklace. Thrifted jewelry is my weakness! Last weekend I went looking for vintage silverware to make garden markers, and came home with three "new" necklaces!
